The Klaviyo agency behind 7-8 figure DTC email programmes

Klaviyo is where we work. Flows, campaigns, segments, reporting: all built inside your own account, under your own logins. It stays yours.

What we actually do inside your Klaviyo account
Six jobs, all of them inside the account.

Flow architecture
Fifteen evergreen automations, welcome series through to winback. We build each one with its real triggers, delays and exit conditions, then leave it to earn while nobody's touching it.
The campaign calendar
A monthly rhythm of sends, planned round your trading year. Every campaign goes to a segment with a reason to hear it. Not the whole list.
Segments and profiles
Behaviour, purchase history and engagement, turned into segments you can actually send to. The same segments decide who gets a text and who gets something through the letterbox.
Sign-up forms and list growth
Pop-ups, embeds and lead magnets, built and tested inside Klaviyo. A flow's only ever worth what walks into the top of it.
Testing, one change at a time
Subject lines, where the offer sits, send times, the length of a delay. Each test runs until orders decide it. Not opens.
Reporting and attribution
Attributed revenue, read against your own history and split between campaigns and flows. You get the number and the working behind it.
Four views we live in
The flows, the sends, the forms, and the number at the end of the month.

Flows, live
Every automation in the account: what it triggers on, whether it's running, and what it's earned since it went live.

The month, totalled
Total revenue, the share email gets the credit for, and how that splits between campaigns and flows. That's the number we answer for.

Campaigns, and who got them
Each send, and the segments it went to. So a campaign gets judged on who it picked as much as on how it looked.

Forms that feed the flows
Every sign-up unit reports its own views, submits and revenue. That's how we pick which one to change next, and what to change.
An official Klaviyo Partner
Partner status gets us priority support, early sight of new features and deliverability tooling. It's worth most on the day something breaks mid-campaign. Platform problems get fixed before they cost you a send.

Moving to Klaviyo, or taking over the account you already have
Same four steps either way, in this order.
- 1
Set the account up properly
Klaviyo and the store connection first, so orders, products, browsing and checkout events all land as data a flow can read.
- 2
Bring the list across, then split it
Your list comes across with its consent source and its history intact. Then we segment it on behaviour and purchase history, instead of sending to one big audience.
- 3
Clean up before you send
We sunset the profiles that stopped engaging, authenticate the sending domain and check deliverability. A clean start beats a fast one.
- 4
Rebuild the templates and the flows
Templates drawn and written for your brand, then the evergreen flows go back in one at a time.

The fifteen evergreen flows we build in Klaviyo
Every one written up the way we actually build it.
The triggers, delays, splits and exits all come out of our own Automation Playbook. They run in email marketing, and lifecycle strategy is the map that decides which flow owns which moment.

FAQs

Do we need to be on Shopify to work with you?
No. Klaviyo's Shopify integration is the deepest one and it's the setup we know best. It's also why we're Shopify Partners. WooCommerce and Magento stores work too. What matters more than the platform is the data Klaviyo can see from it: orders, products, browsing and checkout events. If those arrive cleanly, the flows can be built. If they don't, sorting that out is the first job, not a reason to say no.
What does moving to Klaviyo involve?
Four things, in this order. We set up the account and the store connection so orders, products and browsing events arrive as usable data. We bring your list across with its consent source intact and segment it. Everything unengaged comes off and the sending domain gets authenticated. Then we rebuild the templates and the evergreen flows, one at a time. Nothing gets switched off at the old platform until the new sends are landing.
Do you work in our account or in one of yours?
Yours. We're added as users to your Klaviyo under named logins, and everything we build lives there: the flows, the templates, the segments and the forms. The account, the list and the data stay yours the whole way through. We don't export your list anywhere and we never reuse it on another client. When we stop working together our access goes with us. Nothing has to be moved or rebuilt.
What does Klaviyo cost to run?
Klaviyo bills you directly. The price moves with how many active profiles you hold and how much you send, so the bill grows as the list does. That's one reason we sunset profiles that have stopped engaging: it protects your deliverability and keeps you off a bigger plan you've no use for. Our own fee is separate, a monthly retainer scoped to the work and quoted before anything starts.
How long before the account pays for itself?
We can't put a date on it, and anyone who does is guessing. What we can tell you is the shape it usually takes. Flows pay first, because they reach people who are already in a buying moment, and the welcome flow is normally the first to show anything. Campaigns take longer: a calendar has to run for a few months before you can read it at all. Judge us on attributed revenue against your own history, not on opens.
Are you an official Klaviyo Partner?
Yes. We're in Klaviyo's partner programme, so we get priority support, early sight of new features and deliverability tooling. It's worth most on the day something goes wrong in the middle of a campaign. Let's be honest though: a badge doesn't make us better at writing your emails or reading your data, and that's the part of the job that actually decides how the account performs.
