Where is your revenue leaking?
Up to four questions about your brand, your flows and what hurts most. One answer: what we'd fix first, and where to start on it. No email needed to see it.

Postcards wired into your retention stack, not landfill
Earlier than seven figures, the free playbooks will get you further than a retainer would. With nothing running yet, start with the Automation Playbook: it draws the core ten flows as decision trees, so you can build them yourself.
Earlier than seven figures, the free playbooks and the scorecard will get you further than a retainer would. Your flows are already running, so score them first: diagnose, then build, then plan the quarter.
Most accounts need both flows and campaigns, and we build the flows first. Welcome, then abandoned cart, then post purchase: those three are where an empty account gains most, soonest.
This one is for brands whose flows are already built. Flows answer your customer, campaigns answer the calendar, and the calendar gets planned a month ahead.
Flows built one at a time end up talking over each other, and tweaking a flow never catches that. The map looks at the whole run, and the stage with the deepest drip gets built first.
Before anything gets rewritten, make sure the sends are landing. Not glamorous, but it's why your sends land in the inbox and not the promotions tab.
The second order is the most expensive gap in ecommerce, and a subscription takes the decision away, on a cadence set to how long your product actually lasts.
When one lasts a good while, the second order has to be something else. The post purchase flow turns a first order into a second one, and cross sell sells them the second product, not another of the first.
The phone is the most direct line you own, and the least forgiving. So we build the permission it runs on first.
A postcard doesn't get filtered, buried or skipped for a weak subject line. Cards fire off the same Klaviyo and Shopify events as your email, and every drop keeps a holdout.

FAQs

Is the answer a proposal?
No. It's the first thing we would look at, worked out from the rules printed on this page. A proposal comes once we have seen your account, in writing, with no hidden fees.
Do I have to give you my email to see it?
No. The answer shows as soon as you answer the last question. Sending your answers to us is optional.
Why only one answer?
Because the stage with the deepest drip gets built first, not the one that's quickest to switch on. Fix that, then the next one.
We're not at seven figures yet. Is there any point?
Yes, just not a retainer. Take the free playbooks and the email flow audit scorecard. They'll get you further than a retainer would.
What happens if I book a call?
Half an hour. You tell us what you've tried, what worked and what didn't. We tell you where we think the revenue's leaking and what we'd fix first.
Want to check the answer against your account?
Bring your Klaviyo login. We open your account and name the first fix, and if you like our approach, we carry out a full audit of the account within 48 hours.
